The Administration of Special Health Resources for Texas, Inc. offices are located at 2020 Bill Owens Parkway, Suite 230, Longview, Texas 75604. The Administrative Staff oversee the personnel, financial, and programmatic activities of the agency. The hours of the Bill Owens offices are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and are closed for lunch from 12 to 1 pm daily.
